About Us
Our lead consultant, Susan Went, has led complex change management programmes at some of the UK's largest public and private sector organisations. She is also a qualified professional coach which means she brings a deep understanding of the impact which change, uncertainty and complexity can have on individuals.
"I am a specialist in process and system change, particularly in healthcare. Often my work is measured by outcomes such as improved patient safety, more effective care pathways or improvements in equity and efficiency. But I firmly believe none of these can be fully realised without focussing on the human aspect of change.
I focus on finding the common threads that unite people - creating stronger teams that achieve sustained improvement. Whether on large-scale healthcare projects or participating in a global yacht race. I connect and build strong teams that deliver. After 30 years working across all aspects of healthcare management, I have focused my leadership skills on coaching others to do the same."
